Mannatech has been awarded over $700,000 in legal fees and also a product injunction against Glycoproducts International. In the ruling, the judge determined that Glycobiotics infringed on two Mannatech patents related to their Ambrotose product line. Glycobiotics now must stop producing the products specified in the case and also delivery said product directly to Mannatech for destruction.
