I was in another forum and a person asked me a question about Lightyear Alliance. He said, "Okay Ben, I see where the top guys make all their money - what about the average person."
This was my response: Rewarding your top levels is VERY important. But of course the average person (80% of the company) is also VERY important. This is actually one of the main reasons why I came to Lightyear - because of the fairness in the plan. Passive, residual income comes from retention, not profit margins or recruitment numbers. That's why balance and fairness in a comp plan are VITAL. So, to answer your question here's what a BRAND NEW representative can earn: 1. Customer Acquisition Bonuses: These are bonuses paid in addition to monthly residual commissions they earn from their customers of up to $20 per product that a representative sells. For example, if a new rep sold 5 VOIP accounts they'd earn $100 (+ monthly residuals). If they sold 5 Local Phone customers they'd earn another $100 (+ monthly residuals). There is no limit to the number of customers a representative can gather but all they need to promote to the first leadership level is just 5 personal customers points - which is VERY fair for the average person. To be fully qualified on all 8 levels and the max customer points they'll ever need by the time they get up the income levels in the company is a total of 10 customer points (every product counts as at least 1 point). 2. Fast Start Customer Bonus: A new rep can earn an additional $200 customer acquisition bonus by gathering just 10 active customer points in their 1st 30 days, $100 if they do it in 60 days. This is in ADDITION to the money they can earn from the normal customer acquisition bonuses. So, for example, if a NEW rep came into Lightyear today and signed up 10 active customer points in their first 30 days the company would pay them $400 ($300 if they do it in 60 days). Notice that we haven't even talked about bonuses for bringing in and training new team members. Lightyear is a communications company and they want REAL customers - that's why they pay us VERY fairly to produce a reasonable amount of effort. 3. Rep Training Bonus: A new rep can earn $100 for every representative that they personally enroll and help them get their first 2 customer points in 30 days. There is NO limit to the number of reps a new Manager can enroll. For example, if a rep enrolled 3 Managers on their first level and each of them gathered 2 customer points in 30 days their sponsor would earn $300 ($100 each). 4. Fast Start Rep Training Bonus: Just like with the Fast Start CAB's a new rep can be rewarded for helping their new reps get off to a fast start getting their customers too! A new rep can earn $200 in addition to the $100 Rep Training Bonus when they help their new rep get their 10 active customers in 30 days. In other words someone can make $300 to help someone make $400! 5. 10% Manager Matching Bonus: For every rep that a Manager enrolls personally they will forever earn a 10% matching bonus on that person's production (as long as those people earn over $500 in total income). So, if you were a Manager and you enrolled 3 Managers and they each made $500 in total income you'd get paid $50 for each one - $150 extra!!! Tie this all together and here's what a new rep can earn VERY quickly: 10 personal lightyear customer points: $400 3 personally sponsored Managers with their 10 points: $900 That's $1,300 in bonuses for bringing loyal customers to the company for a new rep. That's not bad! And it doesn't stop there, once a rep has 5 personal customer points and a total team of 6 managers they'll be promoted to Senior Manager (our 1st leadership level). As a Senior Manager they get raises ALL AROUND! Now when they enroll a new Manager that gets 2 points they'll earn $200 ($400 if they help them get 10 points). They'll also earn up to $25 for every customer they sign up personally and up to $5 overrides for every CUSTOMER that enters their Senior Manager organization! They will also earn $100 in Leadership Overrides to unlimited levels as new Managers enter their organization and gather just 2 customer points. As you can see there is PLENTY of income for newbies to earn. Lightyear's comp plan is the most balanced comp plan I've ever seen. The most productive people will make the most money - of course - but for newbies the money is there for the taking - all they need to do is fullfil some very basic requirements. Hope that helps.
